jarang kte dgr org wat feel exercise...
n how to make it...???
pelik gak kan... ade ke org wat cm 2...
bg aku ade....
bkn bdn je nk kne exercise...
feeling pon kne layan gak...

well bg aku slh satu caranye dgn baca novel...
nk tao nape???
hehe...
to me... ble kte baca novel + ngan feeling ikot jln cte novel 2...
kte akan bermain ngan prasaan kte...
so time 2 la blakunye process exercise 2...
tmbh lg baca kisah2 yg jiwang2 sket...
sedey2 sket...
marah2 sket....
time 2 la kte maen ngan plbagai feeling....
xde la mood o feeling kte sme je....
kalo seari asyik muram je...
maknenye feel kte stay muram je searian...
ble baca novel yg ade byk feeling nh...
mood kte akan sntiasa berubah... btol x????
cm la kte exercise bdn gak...
berjogging... berlari...
feeling pon cm 2 gak...
ade sedey,mara,hepy, mcm2 lg la...
then time hepy ending 2 la yg plg besh...
feel yg sgt memuaskan...
jiwa pon rs tenang... hahaha...

utk info korg...
aku br je abes baca 2 novel dlm ms 2 ari... hahaha
btol2 exercise aku nh....
2 ari aku bermaen ngan mcm2 prasaan...
smpi kan nk meleleh air mata gak la....
so y not korg try bc 2 novel nh....
Andai itu takdirnya and Cinta kau dan aku....



yg plg layan andai itu takdirnya...
btol2 berlari feeling aku nh... hahahaha...
